If Apple would have sold it for a little more than a Iphone Ultra, they would have a hit on their hands. Microsofts hololens was the same thing, for what it did it was worth the 1500+ for the dev kit, but the masses still were not buying it and it was VR and AR and had more people than Apple that could have developed for it. Some people will buy it for the novelty, but the masses wont. Apple has never done games properly due to the way they want to control everything. Lets see what their market share is going to be when it comes out, (journalists and youtube reviewers he only got review copies.). Im not paying damn near 3500k for an Apple anything, just ot play their games. Quest 3 is coming out this fall with upgraded graphics. HF Alyx is on the quest as well lol, you sure you got a Quest 2 or are you just wish you did. Hl alyx on index has immersion, nothing on quest does I spend 20 mins downloading a quest firmware update, and then put the headset on, play the game for 10 mins, then realize that the graphics are bad, controllers are bad, and theres no immersion
devs for apple vision pro are going to have an m2 gpu and be rendering everything as mixed reality so you dont have to worry about punching a hole in your wall or smashing a pendant light. I feel stupid for dumping so much $ into oculus quest games.
